Nexceris and Fuel Cell Materials are excited to present as part of the 47th International Conference and Expo on Advanced Ceramics and Composites (ICACC2023) at the Hilton Daytona Beach Resort and Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida on January 22-27, 2023.
The ICACC conference, sponsored by the American Ceramic Society, includes the 20th International Symposium on Solid Oxide Cells (SOC): Materials, Science and Technology. The conference is attended by many in academia and industry to discuss the latest work in solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and solid oxide electrolyzer cells (SOEC). Due to the high-quality technical presentations and unique networking opportunities, this event has achieved tremendous worldwide interest and has attracted active participation from ceramic researchers and developers from the global technical community.
Sergio Ibanez, a Senior Process Engineer at Nexceris, will be giving a talk on interconnects and coatings on Friday, January 27 at 10:50am (in the Ponce De Leon room). The presentation will highlight the application of protective coatings to stainless steel interconnects and the increase in performance stability. The findings of chromium poisoning mitigation coatings for stainless steel interconnects and the balance of plant protection in solid oxide electrolysis systems will be discussed.
