Joe brings over 15 years of expertise in catalyst R&D, pilot-scale development, and full-scale manufacturing. Drawing on his extensive background leading industrial operations and commercializing over 15 new products at BASF, he now drives the expansion of Nexceris’ advanced catalyst capabilities. Joe excels at breaking down complex material and scale-up challenges into clear, actionable engineering solutions. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
