A flexible, high-productivity cobalt Fischer–Tropsch catalyst for power-to-liquids conversion of green hydrogen
NexFT, our cobalt Fischer–Tropsch catalyst, is built for fixed-bed, structured, and microchannel reactors. In a microchannel reactor it produced more than 2 g of C5+ hydrocarbons per gram of catalyst per hour, kept methane selectivity below 10%, and ran for more than 700 hours without regeneration.

Accelerating emerging technology innovators through a Lab to Launch partnership approach
Nexceris works with technology developers between TRL 3 and TRL 7 to take materials from lab batches under 1 kg to multi-ton production. The talk shows how production lines of 1 kg to 2 metric tons a month, paired with scale-down testing, serve sustainable fuels and advanced batteries.

Novel membrane reactor systems for improved direct CO₂ hydrogenation to methanol
A microchannel reactor with an integrated zeolite membrane removes water as methanol forms. Removing the water shifts the equilibrium toward methanol, which raises single-pass CO₂ conversion and protects the catalyst from water-induced deactivation. The modular design suits remote sites with intermittent renewable power.
