Leveraging its electrochemical and catalytic materials technology, Nexceris has developed a line of hydrogen sensors that provide continuous monitoring of hydrogen concentrations near the lower flammability limit of hydrogen in air. Nexceris engineers are developing gas sensors for other industrial needs. Leveraging its hydrogen sensor product platform, Nexceris is developing sensors and monitor technology for rapidly detecting small concentrations of flammable gases released from degraded or damaged lithium ion batteries, providing safer deployment of lithium ion battery based systems for both stationary and motive applications. Nexceris also is developing a suite of high temperature sensors for in situ monitoring of gases in high temperature applications. Nexceris’ dual NOx and ammonia sensor can resolve low concentrations of both NOx and ammonia in diesel exhaust streams, enabling compliance with EPA and other regulatory requirements in automotive and industrial applications. Nexceris’ hydrogen sulfide technology is specifically aimed at high temperature reformed fuel streams for fuel cell, pipeline, and other harsh environments.

The compact and rugged design allows it to easily be incorporated into various systems, such as fuel cell powered vehicles, or function as a stand-alone room monitoring device.

The NTM Alarm System is a complete hydrogen monitoring solution designed to instantly improve safety. This comprehensive system includes our patented NTM SenseH2® hydrogen sensor, which boasts a highly sensitive, selective, and rapid response to low levels of hydrogen in the ambient air. When hydrogen concentration levels are detected within the Lower Flammability Limit (LFL), the system will produce audible and visual alarms while initiating a mechanical relay at 1% and 2% hydrogen in air to prevent further exposure and all hydrogen related accidents. The NTM Alarm System –R is designed to work specifically with our NTM SenseH2®-R hydrogen sensor to provide a complete hydrogen monitoring solution in environments where refrigerant gases are present.
