We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions.

Nexceris is seeking qualified candidates for a Research and Development Chemist (I or II).  The candidate will participate in the design, and development of new energy materials, and coordinate their transfer from laboratory to bench scale processes at Nexceris’ Lewis Center, Ohio facility.  Critical accountabilities of the position include hands-on laboratory experimentation and process development for ceramic oxide synthesis using chemical precipitation, hydrothermal synthesis, and solid state reactions.  The chemist will also characterize these materials using standard powder characterization processes, and development of value added products such as slurries, inks, and dispersions.  The successful candidate will work directly with Nexceris’ Materials Science Cross Functional Team Leader to evaluate materials performance, perform design of experiments to optimize product performance, and develop technical reports to support government and commercial research and development contracts.
